Enough tech to keep you informed. Not so much that you cannot reach a person.

You should be able to see where your freight is without calling. You should also be able to call.

What you actually get

Four things, and we are not going to dress them up as a platform.

Load tracking: location and ETA without having to ask, and when something slips you hear it from us first

Documents: rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs where you can get at them, not in somebody inbox

Quote history: what you paid on the lane last time, so the conversation starts from a real number

Reporting: cost per lane, on-time and accessorial spend if you want it, and plenty of customers do not

What we actually use

None of this is a reason to work with us. It is table stakes. Every broker has some version of it, and the ones who lead with it are usually leading with it because the alternative is talking about their people.

A TMS to manage loads and documents

Market-rate data for pricing and capacity

Carrier monitoring for authority, insurance and safety

ELD and visibility integrations where the carrier supports them

We will not replace your rep
with a chatbot

You get a named person with a direct line. If you would rather book through a portal, you can. If you would rather call, you can. What we are not going to do is make software the only way to reach us and then call that innovation.

A named person, a direct line

You will know which one of us is on your load, by name, and you will have a number that reaches them rather than a queue.

Use the portal, or do not

Book online if that suits you. Call if that suits you better. Neither one gets you a worse rate or a slower answer.

Freight goes wrong off-script

A closed dock, a receiver who will not take a partial, a driver stuck at a scale. Software does not anticipate those. Somebody picking up the phone solves them.

Integration

If you need
integration, say so

Tell us what you are running and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit. If integrating with us would take six months of your IT team time to save an email, we will say that rather than sell it to you.

EDI: 204, 214, 210 and 990, available if you are running a TMS that needs it

API: for tender, status and document retrieval

Custom reporting: your format, your cadence

Nothing here is unique

We are not competing on technology and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What is worth choosing between brokers is who answers when the load is in trouble.

Carriers get their own version

Book the load, upload the POD, get paid. That side of it lives on the carrier technology page.

We will tell you if it is not a fit

That applies to the integration, the reporting and the freight. A no that saves you three months is worth more than a yes that costs you six.

What customers actually say

Not about the software.

Where the freight actually moves

The technology exists to keep you informed about these. It is not the product.

Ground freight

Full truckload and LTL, door to door, across the US.

Air freight

For freight that has to be there faster than the road allows.

Ocean freight

Containers arranged through forwarding partners, with the drayage on the other end.

Rail intermodal

Long inland hauls where the transit time allows it, at a lower rate than over the road.

Want to see it?

Ask and we will walk you through it. Or skip it and just send us a load, which is what most people do.
